Built in 1983, Masjid En-Naeem has served the socio-religious needs of the Muslim community in Hougang and the surrounding areas for almost four decades. Our tagline, ‘With En-Naeem, Towards Jannatun Na’im’ reflects our ethos to provide for the community every step of the way.
Located at the junction of Tampines Road and Hougang Avenue 3, the two-storey building has a capacity of 2,500 for congregations and prayers. On top of the congregational prayers, Masjid En-Naeem bustles with religious activities throughout the year with classes, talks and other seasonal events.
Beyond a place of worship, Masjid En-Naeem also houses an ECDA licensed kindergarten and a weekend Alive religious programme that caters to students aged 5 to 18 years old. Here, we educate and inculcate Islamic values to shape the next generation of Muslims and future leaders of the community.
At Masjid En-Naeem, we also cater to the socio-economic needs of the community through Muis’ Zakat disbursement and assistance programme. Reaching out to the underserved and economically fragile, we aid them both financially and through various programmes to uplift their skills and spirituality as a holistic way to improve their lives.
With approximately 40 employed staff, the En-Naeem family is further bolstered by volunteers, young and old, who strive to provide a tranquil environment and delightful experience for congregants and visitors when they enter the mosque.
Beyond our own boundaries, we actively partner and engage with other organisations to ensure that we can give our best to the Muslim community and the general populace at large in Hougang specifically and in Singapore as a whole.
Our presence is also felt in the virtual domain as we try to engage with the public beyond our physical boundaries. Do follow us on our social media too as we bring you on a journey with En-Naeem, towards Jannatun Na’im.
